I was able to spend some time with front man of The Libertines and Babyshambles, Pete Doherty. I was invited round after he had seen my image that was inspired by a Libertines photo shoot with Roger Sargent.
When I was shooting these photos I never wanted to get Pete in, but to show hints of him and focus on home life. Every thing in the photos is how it was, I never moved any thing for the purpose of the photo.
I believe there can be a hidden beauty in every thing, its just photographing it in the right way to show how I see it.
I went on the tv show Four Rooms, on channel 4 with a small selection of these photos.
